Iloilo Scenes: igbaras

The Kasadyahan Festival is usually held before the Dinagyang Festival highlights and is joined by the local municipalities and some schools in Iloilo. The Kasadyahan Festival showcases the folklores of different municipalities in Iloilo.

Tribu Alimbuyog from Municipality of Cabatuan

Tribu Alimbuyog with their props, banana leaves, symbolizes their town specialty 'Tinuom' in which they use banana leaf in cooking.

Tribu Patubas from Municipality of Barotac Viejo

Tribu Patubas, showcased their different abundant crops in their town.'Patubas' means crops.

The 2009 Iloilo Boy Scouts Jamborette was held in Brgy. Igtalongon, Igbaras, Iloilo last October 26 - 30, 2009. This is the second time that Igbaras hosted the Boy Scouts Jamborette.

The 2009 Iloilo Boy Scouts Jamborette was participated by all members of boy scouts from all the towns in Iloilo.
